Single Session
In-person or Virtual. A space to experience your first shift. In this session, your system begins to settle. Your mind becomes quieter. Your body starts to release what it’s been holding. You’ll leave feeling different. More connected to yourself than when you arrived.
Return To Self (3 Sessions)
In-person or Virtual. For women who are ready to go deeper. This is a process, not a one-time moment. Over three sessions, we begin to: release what isn’t yours, restore a sense of internal safety, and rebuild trust with yourself. Each session builds on the last, allowing your system to shift in a way that lasts.

Available to existing clients.
For ongoing support as you continue this work. These sessions focus on deeper layers, helping you stay connected to yourself as new patterns begin to take hold in your life.
