What to Expect

In your first session, most women notice a shift right away. Your mind becomes quieter. Your body feels different. What felt overwhelming begins to soften. You may also feel tired, emotional, more sensitive. This isn’t something going wrong. It’s your system no longer suppressing what it’s been holding. It’s movement.

Your Role. You are not here to be fixed. You are an active participant in your own return. All you need to bring is a willingness to be present with yourself. That’s enough.

This is a process. Real change doesn’t come from one moment. It comes from allowing your system to: release what it’s been holding, restore a sense of internal safety, and rebuild trust with yourself. Some women come for a single session. Others feel the shift and choose to continue. You’ll know what is right for you.

What You Might Notice

During or after a session, your body may respond in simple ways:

A sense of calm or quiet

Feeling lighter or more relaxed

Deeper breathing or yawning

Temperature shifts

Emotional release

Feeling a little tired or more aware than usual

These are all normal. Your system is no longer holding everything the same way. It’s beginning to move and release.

Supporting the Process

One of the simplest ways to support this is through your breath. Slow, deep breathing helps your body let go of what it’s been holding and return to a more balanced state. You don’t need to force anything. Your body already knows what to do.
